Sadly not! We don't own the rights to the music we feature, so we can't grant permission to use it. If you'd like to license a song, please contact the artist or rights holder directly.

Yes! Since January 2026, all of the landscapes featured in our playlists and videos have been photographed by us during our travels. Before then, we licensed photography from talented photographers around the world.

It is! Rainbird is our surname... pretty cool, we know! It was the perfect inspiration for our brand name when we started way back in 2011.

We're currently based in the beautiful New Forest on the south coast of England! You may recognise it from many of our photos!

We strongly believe in sharing independent art made by human artists. That's why we don't accept AI-generated music for our playlists or channels. Every song we share is created by real musicians.

Never. Every playlist stream and follower has been built organically over many years. We don't use bots, artificial streams or paid engagement.

We primarily feature indie folk, indie pop, indie rock, acoustic, singer-songwriter and alternative music. If you've listened to our playlists and feel your music sits naturally alongside the artists we feature, we'd love to hear it!

We look for songs that make us feel something. Great songwriting, memorable melodies and emotional connection matter far more to us than streaming numbers or social media following.

We receive hundreds of submissions every week, so it can take some time for us to listen to everything. Every song is personally reviewed by us, and we do our very best to give each submission the time and attention it deserves. Thanks so much for your patience!
